Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Lurelo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Lurelo is a job alert platform that aggregates publicly available job listings from third-party job boards and matches them against user-defined criteria. We do not post job listings ourselves, and we are not a party to any employment relationship between users and employers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You may not share your account credentials with others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to scrape, harvest, or republish job listings in bulk
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the matching system
• Create accounts for automated or non-human purposes
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscriptions and billing

Lurelo offers Starter and Pro paid plans, billed either monthly or annually. Both plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card is required to start, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Job listing accuracy

Job listings are sourced from third-party platforms and are provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any listing. Always verify a listing directly with the employer before applying.

7. Intellectual property

The Lurelo name, logo, and interface are our intellectual property. Job listing content belongs to the respective employers and job boards. Your resume and profile data remains yours.

8. Limitation of liability

Lurelo is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed job opportunities, inaccurate matches, or any loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
